ULTRA is a 60-page guide that breaks down trail and ultra running. For those looking to learn more about trail running, how to start, staying safe, gear, training for terrain, and more. ULTRA will get you on trial for the first time or running your first ultra-marathon. You do not have to race or run an ultra to use ULTRA. All information in general trail running & beginner trail running friendly. You can combine any ENDURE program for 5k-26.2 with ULTRA if desire. ULTRA builds on ENDURE but can also stand alone.

Includes 4 race programs: a 25k program and 3 ultra-distance programs for the 50k beginner, 50k intermediate, and 50 mile and 100k intermediate distances.
